FAQ

1. Can this camera install on rear view mirror recorder?

NO, it can't ,Usually it can connect TFT monitor, mirror monitor,RCA DVD ,but can't support any Driver recorder.

2. about the video line, it is AV or AVIN(2.5mm) for portable?

AV connector.

3. Why the image occurred splash screen, interference,unstable, Black and white color when you are reversing?

1) Because the power supply is not stable when you start your engine,
or some interface that cause the splash screen, interference,unstable, Black and white color,you need buy a filter to stable the power supply.

Solution:

a. Please set up the DVD GPS TV system as automatic firstly when using, then see whether it still can set the system.

Because there are many monitor with 2 system in market, it can set. But some old-type GPS can't set. So please choose the right system to fit the camera.

b. Please must check the right cable connection installation.

c. If above solutions still can't deal, please ask your local professional car staff for help.

2) The image occurred splash screen, unstable just because the voltage is lower than we suggest.

Solution:

Different place and using-situation will occurred some of the car output voltage is different. Car reversing is not powered by DC,

it will add a Pulse signal to disturb , so it will unstable .So we suggest you need check the voltage whether as 12V,or please add a delay to use.

4. our car have video and power cable,Can you use it when I buy this camera?

Yes, it can, it support RCA plug. But we suggest you don't use your cable, because the line may be aging and defined different .



Installation:

1. Install the camera in the license area of the plate of your car

2. Adjust the camera lens to its best position.

3. Connect the power cord (red and black) to the headlight of the power wires of your car.

4. Connect the video output (yellow wire) to the display.

About the TV system of the car rear view camera:

Typically, most monitors support both NTSC and PAL TV systems. So it does not matter that the camera is PAL or NTSC system.

However, if you are not sure, please check that your monitor supports NTSC or PAL System. If your monitor only supports NTSC or PAL, please leave us a message what TV system that you need within one working day after making a payment. Or we will send an NTSC or system PAL camera at random
